Arthritis requires an Integrated Approach. We call this Connected Care. This approach has come about because our main objective has always been to treat the whole person, not just the site of pain. We achieve this by encouraging our specialists and allied health professionals to work together in connecting the treatment of our clients’ health issues where appropriate.

How long do the Rheumatology consultations go for?

Our initial Rheumatology consultations go for 45 minutes. A follow up consultation is 15 minutes.

Do I need a referral?

Yes, you will need to get a referral from your GP to be able to see one of our Rheumatologists.

Without the referral we are unable to claim your rebate through Medicare.

Do any of your doctors speak Mandarin or Cantonese?

Dr Herman Lau speaks both Mandarin and Cantonese.

Dr Anne Chung speaks Cantonese.

Dr Shirley Yu speaks Mandarin.
