Qualified Dietitians
Our dietitians are expert in the ways that diet can help reduce inflammation in the body and work closely with the rest of the team to create positive change in your life.
Dietitians translate scientific information about nutrition into practical information about what foods can help you optimise your health and wellbeing. Our mission is to help you implement lifestyle change in a way that suits your lifestyle and is sustainable long-term.
Our qualified dietitians personalise your program to create a positive outcome for you and will coach you through challenges and set-backs.
Our clinics at Chatswood and Parramatta offer an exceptional dietetic service. Meet our dietitian for advice on a healthy balanced diet, weight loss (or gain), food allergies or intolerances, as well as conditions like diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, cancer, irritable bowel syndrome, coeliac disease, PCOS, arthritis and osteoporosis.
Do I need a Referral?
A referral is not necessary to visit a dietitian as a private patient, however it is common for dietitians to work closely with other health professionals such as General Practitioners, psychologists, exercise physiologists and physiotherapists to develop a lifestyle plan for you.
If you have been referred by your GP under a Chronic Disease Management Plan, you may be eligible for Medicare Rebates. If you have private health insurance that covers Dietetics (Extras Cover), you may be able to claim a rebate from your health insurance provider.
