Challenges this year have shown that we can shape our activity routine to be "right" for us.
This time last year.
Our group sessions were cancelled, many fitness facilities were forced to close their doors.
We were all forced to adapt to changes in routine, work places, and even how we kept ourselves active.
It has now been 12 months since we've been running our virtual exercise program.
Although initially created out of sheer necessity as COVID-19 impacted our work and exercise routines, we've since learned a lot about how we can keep moving together, from home or afar.
So what have we learnt?

Those who don't live close to our clinics have had daily access to our team and community.

Some members exercised more regularly when compared to their previous group exercise attendance.

Joining simple group movement is a big deal. Beginner sessions provided a safe place to start moving.
