How can this event help me?
Receiving a diagnosis of a chronic condition can bring significant emotional and psychological challenges. It is normal to experience feelings of sadness, loss, or uncertainty as you adjust to changes in your identity, daily life, and future plans. Processing these emotions can be difficult, and knowing how to navigate them isn’t always clear. Adjusting takes time, but understanding how to manage these feelings can make a meaningful difference to your well-being. This session will explore the emotional impact of diagnosis and provide guidance on processing difficult emotions, rebuilding confidence, and developing resilience.
