The 12 Week FODMAP Challenge

I’ve been writing about FODMAPs and gut health for some time now, and I know many of you have downloaded the Introduction to FODMAPs handout from our website.

But the feeling that I have been getting from some of you is that you are after a little more, but are unable to make it to appointments to determine exactly what it is that may be causing you grief.

So, we have developed the 12 Week FODMAP Challenge that you are able to do yourself, with support from us, to help you determine exactly which FODMAPs are causing your symptoms.

Over 12 weeks, you will receive meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, and access to a private Facebook group where you can ask us any question, day or night and interact (as much or as little as you’d like) with other people going through the same process as you.
