When my doctor friends find out that I blog and that I use twitter, there's usually an element of surprise. Those who actually bother to check out the blog site are usually quite complementary which is nice.
I was previously quite fearful of the reaction I might get when more colleagues found out about this side of my rheumatology identity. Luckily, this fear has been conquered.
The attached article was written in Australian Doctor, a leading news and information website for Australian General Practitioners.
I have no idea how GPs view this sort of article. There's probably little interest but its nice to get positive press.
And, its nice that I now have an Australian Rheumatology colleague blogging. Welcome Dr Philip Robinson! His blog ArthritisKare has started off with a number of thought-provoking posts. Check it out (link).
