Arthritis doesn’t get a lot of press.
It’s not sexy, and it’s not fun.
According to Access economics, it cost Australia $23.9 billion in 2007. And scarily, this number is growing.
As a physiotherapist, I see this problem day in day out.
This is why I was so excited to be involved in the Sunday Telegraph’s Body and Soul Arthritis editorial. If you haven’t seen it yet, here it is!
It’s definitely been a while since I’ve been this excited to read the Sunday paper.
I hope you have a chance to give the “10 Top Moves for Stronger joints” a go, and are able to gain more insight into what arthritis is. Hopefully more people are able to realize how much they can do to help their arthritis.
