Some lean pork spiced up with quince sauce and baked veggies makes for a yummy, healthy meal.
Ingredients:
- 2 Pork Cutlets
- 1 Clove Garlic
- Rosemary
- 1tsp Quince paste
- Olive oil
Method:
Preheat oven to 200C
Wrap cutlet bones with alfoil to stop burning
Crush garlic and rosemary with quince paste to make a paste
Marinade cutlets with paste
Bake in oven for 12-15mins
