Packed with serves of veggies, this stir-fry will give you the nutrition your body needs.
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- ½ capsicum, sliced
- ½ zucchini, sliced
- 1 bok choy
- 2 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 garlic clove (small), crushed
- 2 tspn oyster sauce
- 1 small chilli, chopped
- Basil and coriander to taste
- Canola spray
Method:
Spray fry pan with canola oil
Stirfry garlic and chilli.
Brown chicken in fry pan, add all vegies except bok choy. Stirfry for a few minutes.
Add oyster sauce and bok choy. Stirfry until cooked Serves 2
