Ingredients:
- 1 bunch kale, washed and chopped into medium size pieces.
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup water
- Cracked pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Method:
Add oil and garlic to pan, stir fry for about 30sec-1min.
Add Kale, toss in pan, then add water.
Sautee for approximately 10 minutes, or until tender.
This was delicious served with roast beef, sweet potato, carrot and green beans.
This recipe is adapted from one I found on www.foodnetwork.com, but mine has more kale and fewer ingredients.
