Suzy Oglesby
Suzy began her educational journey completing a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sports Science). Following this she wrote an honours research thesis and completed a Graduate Diploma in Exercise Rehabilitation at Wollongong University. Always eager to learn, Suzy is in her final years of further studies into Chiropractic Science at Macquarie University.
Since graduating from Wollongong University, Suzy has been working as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in multiple locations providing both individual and group services. Suzy is committed to providing individual exercise solutions that are tailored for a variety of health concerns including chronic disease management and lifestyle improvement.
Suzy enjoys an active lifestyle, undertaking regular exercise and participating in a range of sports.
Sarah Comensoli, Exercise Physiologist
Sarah Comensoli
Sarah Comensoli studied Exercise Science and Rehabilitation at the University of Wollongong. Since graduating, she has worked in clinic and gym environments both in Australia and the United Kingdom. Sarah has a keen interest in group exercise and takes pride in delivering small classes which are varied whilst still being specific to the individual. Sarah is a certified BEAT IT instructor, and has qualifications in group cycle, boxing and circuit classes.
Also providing individual consultations and personal training, Sarah is confident in prescribing exercise to prevent and manage chronic conditions and strives to improve function and performance using a range of exercise methods and techniques.
Melissa Brodie, Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Melissa Brodie
Melissa Brodie is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist. She studied a Bachelor of Science (Majoring in Health and Exercise Science) at the University of NSW, graduating in 2009. Since completing her studies, Melissa has worked in falls and balance research in the elderly, where she developed a strong interest for aged care and falls prevention.
Melissa also has a keen interest in health promotion and lifestyle change, using behavioural change strategies to achieve long-term positive health goals. She is confident in delivering safe, effective and enjoyable exercise through both individual consultations and group sessions for people with musculoskeletal conditions and chronic disease.
Melissa is also certified in DEXA technology for body composition and bone density testing.
